THE STRUCTURE'S DESIGN

Surf House was envisioned by French architect Jerome Engelking, based in New York, and is notable for its innovative design that simultaneously honors the original 1965 structure. The uniquely designed balconies harmonize with the columns of the façade, creating an ideal balance between vertical and horizontal elements, with opaque glass and a smooth white ceramic frit adding to the cohesive look.
